Appointments Required
Blanket drop-off and pick-up are by appointment only. Please do not arrive at our home without a confirmed appointment. When requesting a drop-off or pick-up time, wait for us to confirm your message before making plans to come by. If you do not receive a response, we have not received your message.

Laundry Forms Required
A completed laundry form is required for all blanket drop-offs. We cannot accept blankets for washing or repair without a completed form.
The form is available for download on our Services and Pricing page. Please complete it before your appointment to help ensure your blankets are processed accurately and efficiently.
About Us
We are a husband-and-wife team, assisted by our equestrian daughter. We value the trust our customers place in us and are committed to providing exceptional service and care for every blanket entrusted to us.
Pick-Up & Delivery Service
We offer free pick-up and delivery within 25 miles of Ludlow for orders of 10 blankets or more.
For orders of fewer than 10 blankets, a transportation fee of $25 each way will apply.
There are no blanket washing minimums and no minimum repair charges. Whether you have one blanket or twenty, we're happy to help.
If you can get your blankets to us, you are in our service area. We also regularly service portions of Connecticut. If you are located between Middletown and Enfield, we can often provide free pick-up and delivery weekend evenings.
Customers will be notified immediately when blankets return from servicing. Due to limited storage space, items must be collected within 7 days of notification. Starting on Day 8, a late storage fee of $5.00 per blanket, per week will be assessed. Items remaining uncollected after 30 days will be deemed abandoned property and disposed of or sold to recover costs, unless prior arrangements have been made.
Our Cleaning Process
Every customer's blankets are washed separately. We never mix blankets from different customers or barns.
We are happy to wash a single blanket, and small repairs are sometimes completed at no charge.
Excessive Dirt & Debris Fee
Blankets that are heavily soiled with mud, manure, excessive dirt, hair, or other debris may incur an additional cleaning fee starting at $10.00 per blanket.
Customers can help avoid this fee by brushing off loose dirt and debris before drop-off and checking that tail flaps and straps are free of accumulated manure and mud. Preparing blankets in advance helps us keep our pricing fair and our turnaround times efficient for all customers.
Repair Services
We accept clean blankets for repair work. Please refer to the laundry form for repair submission guidelines and be sure to note all requested repairs on your form.
